Return & Refund Policy

Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with tags (if applicable) and in original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email support@coasttrashclothing.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable. Refund posting times vary by payment provider.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coasttrashclothing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for items that show wear, washing, odors, stains, or damage not caused in shipping.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please start a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
